  • Please inquire regarding the exhibition period.

規約

  • • Any genre is accepted, but we do ask for an advance outline of the works to be exhibited.
  • • The price for either the first floor or basement floor for one day is ¥10,000, or ¥15,000 for weekends or public holidays.
    (Please inquire regarding the exhibition period.)
  • • Please ready half the total cost as the reservation fee when you make your booking.
    The remainder should be paid by the day the exhibition is to start.
  • • In the case of cancellations due to circumstances of the exhibitor, the reservation fees cannot be returned from a date two weeks prior to the exhibition date.
  • • Exhibits may be brought in from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on the day prior to the start of the exhibition, and shall be removed by 7:00 p.m. on the final day.
  • • Care of the exhibits when being brought in, while on display or when being removed, is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
    Flag Ginza Gallery bears no liability whatsoever for damage or loss occurring.
  • • The method of displaying the works shall be as far as possible in line with the desires of the exhibitor. Please consult with us for more details.
    If additional construction work, maintenance or repairs are required for accessory facilities, the exhibitor may be required to pay.
  • • The exhibitor should handle the production and sending out of guides to the exhibition.
    (Please use data and colors specified by Flag Ginza Gallery for the logo, address, and maps for the gallery.)
  • • The exhibitor should be present at all times during the exhibition.
    (If our staff is required to be present, the rental cost is increased by ¥5,000 each day.)
  • • Please consult with us regarding any opening parties.
  • • The gallery itself and the entrance area are completely non-smoking.
